The BKSA

bksa.jpgIn 2006 several meetings with the BKSA identified a need for the BKSA to project a more professional image for their event tour and for the organisation.

ExPix took on the role project co-ordinators to revitalise the BKSA image on the web and at events via media and photographic services.

The website was redesigned from scratch by Tom our web guru, an up and coming website designer who has proved his ability in constructing this ever expanding site. The new cleaner look is much easier to navigate. The site is more user friendly and has imagery that is relevant to text making the whole site easier to follow.

With news updates, event galleries, videos and areas for downloads the site is due for more expansion in the coming years.

Events were a little more problematical. Being at various locations often without Internet access we had to find a way of uploading and distributing press releases and images quickly and effectively. This was achieved either by on site connections courtesy of our hosts or via mobile connections provided by ExPix.

This increased coverage dramatically with every tour stop receiving TV news coverage 3 being aired live at peak times as well as magazines local and national press and website forums, which included imagery and videos making it a truly worldwide audience.

With coverage still being collated it is estimated that the value is well in excess of ½million pounds. With one rider receiving £70 000 alone.
