Atmosphere would it be as big as they said !

With three days of kiting both on the land and water would the 500 or so expected kiters actually turn up?

Atmosphere Westward Ho!

Of course they would !!! 

So straight of the back of the BKSA round 1 in Watergate Bay we stayed down in Exmouth with a view to filming and photgraphing some of the local kiters, but as usual the weather was against us. So Atmosphere was the first chance we got to do any filing or shooting.

Well Thursday looked very much like any other event with a few riders there or arriving on the beach. Friday was going to be a different story. From early in the morning people were either already on the beach or arriving in convoys of vehicles of all shapes and sizes. The beach car park at Westward Ho was completely full.

Flags were errected along with inflatable and normal gazebo's and people headed for the beach as quick as they could. People were coming from all over the country and as far away as Scotland and even Ireland the turn out was emense.

 With both land and water competitions and free riding the whole beach was buzzing and it was difficult to know who was doing what and when. You had to keep your eyes and ears open just incase some one came from behind, the side or even above!

So with comeptitions and free riding for all the evenings had a compact wind
